What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Custom orders and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: all custom orders, personalized items, bulk orders for events/churches/reunions, sale items marked as clearance, and any products with custom colors or designs not available in our regular store. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
When will I get my order?
Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days. Custom orders and bulk orders require additional production time - typically 2-3 weeks depending on order size and complexity. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. For urgent orders, please contact us to discuss expedited options.
Where are your products manufactured?
We work with trusted print-on-demand partners in the United States to ensure fast shipping and high-quality products. Each item is printed when you order it, which allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and colors without excess inventory. For custom and bulk orders, we partner with specialized manufacturers who can accommodate unique designs, color requests, and large quantities for events, churches, and organizations.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental US. For bulk and custom orders, we'll provide a custom shipping quote based on the quantity and destination. International shipping is available - rates will be displayed at checkout.
